  • Three-day luxury retreats (Friday-Sunday) that combine embodied spirituality workshops with curated luxury experiences—wine, spa, beauty, nature.

    The experience includes:

    • Embodied spirituality teachings (sacred sexuality, staying present in your body, pleasure without guilt, healing dissociation)

    • Luxury experiences (wine tasting, spa treatments, gourmet meals, beautiful accommodations)

    • Small intimate groups (8-10 women maximum)

    • Complete logistics handled (you just show up)

    • Beautiful materials (workbook, ritual supplies, welcome gifts)

    This is for women who:

    • Want to reconnect with their bodies (not just their minds)

    • Are ready to reclaim pleasure without guilt

    • Value both transformation AND luxury (deep work in beautiful containers)

    • Want to be held in an intentional space (not DIY healing)

  • First retreat: Spring 2027

    Location: TBD (Napa, Sedona, or coastal California)

    Pricing: $4,500-6,000 per person (all-inclusive except flights)

    What's included:

    • 3 days, 2 nights luxury accommodations

    • All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner—gourmet and nourishing)

    • Workshops & embodiment practices (led by me)

    • Curated experiences (spa, wine, nature, or cultural immersion)

    • All materials (workbook, ritual supplies, welcome packet)

    • Transportation during retreat (airport pickup/dropoff, daily shuttles)

    What's NOT included:

    • Flights to/from destination

    • Alcohol beyond what's included in group experiences

    • Additional spa treatments beyond what's included
