Scent services

  • A 90-minute personalized consultation (Zoom or in-person if Chicago-based) where we build your fragrance wardrobe together.

  • Before we meet:

    • You complete a pre-consultation questionnaire (current fragrances, what you love/hate, your style, goals, budget)

    During our session (90 minutes):

    • We review your current collection (15 minutes) — what works, what doesn't, and why

    • Fragrance education (30 minutes) — families, notes, how skin chemistry works, layering basics

    • Personalized recommendations (30 minutes) — 5-10 specific fragrances for YOUR skin, style, and goals

    • Fragrance wardrobe strategy (15 minutes) — daytime, evening, seasonal scents, layering formulas

    After our session:

    • You receive a custom PDF guide (5-7 pages) with your fragrance profile, recommended scents with notes and where to buy, layering formulas, prioritized shopping list, and care instructions

    Optional add-on: In-person shopping trip (Chicago-area only, additional $200) — I take you to fragrance counters and help you test and purchase

    • You want a signature scent (or a wardrobe of scents for different occasions)

    • You're overwhelmed by fragrance options (too many choices, conflicting advice)

    • You've bought bottles you never wear (wasted money on wrong scents)

    • You want to understand WHY certain fragrances work for you (not just "try this")

My skincare routine includes professional-grade tools (NuFace, LED mask, gua sha, facial steamer), monthly professional facials, and a structured approach to both topical and internal beauty.

I don't just recommend products—I teach you WHY they work, HOW to use them, and how to make beauty practices a form of embodied self-love.

      • Skincare products (professional-grade, luxury, effective formulations)

      • Tools & devices (NuFace, LED masks, gua sha, facial steamers—which ones and how to use them)

      • Application techniques (layering, timing, maximizing efficacy)

      • Professional treatments (when to get facials, what to request)

      • Supplements for skin health (internal support for external glow)

    • Embodiment practices (skincare as ritual, not chore)

    After our session:

    • You receive a custom PDF guide with your complete routine (morning/evening), product recommendations with shopping links, tool usage instructions, and ritual practices

    Optional add-on: Follow-up check-in (30 minutes, 4-6 weeks later, $150) — how's the routine working? Any adjustments needed?
