Luxury Travel Planning
Designing and coordinating unforgettable journeys
Prepare for takeoff…
-
Milestone celebrations (40th birthdays, 50th birthdays, anniversaries, new chapters)
Friend groups who want a luxury getaway but no one wants to do the planning
Bachelorette parties (elevated, intentional, beautiful but not Las Vegas chaos)
Corporate leadership retreats (executives who want luxury coordination without the stress)
Family reunions (multi-generational travel with complex logistics)
Anyone celebrating a moment that deserves to be extraordinary
-
Full-Service Planning:
Destination consultation (Where should we go? What's the vibe?)
Venue research & recommendations (hotels, Airbnbs, resorts)
Activity curation (wineries, spa, restaurants, cultural experiences)

Transportation coordination (flights, shuttles, routes, timing)
Budget optimization (cost-effective without sacrificing luxury)
Group management (dietary restrictions, preferences, arrival coordination across cities)
Experience Design:
Day theming (spa days, wine days, adventure days, rest days)
Flow & pacing (not too packed, not too empty—just right)
Surprise moments (special touches, celebrations, thoughtful details)
Presentation Deck:
Visual itinerary (beautiful presentation like the example below)
Day-by-day breakdown (timing, locations, what to expect)
Logistics information (flights, transportation, packing, weather)
Imagery from each venue (so your group can visualize the experience)

April 19-22, 2025Recent project: Napa Valley 40th Birthday
The vision…
Nine women, four days, world-class wine country. A milestone birthday deserved a milestone experience.
What I did…
Researched and contacted 5+ wineries (selected the perfect 5 for the group)
Compared hotel options across Napa Valley (booked Archer Hotel—industrial-chic luxury)
Made all reservations (wineries, restaurants, spa, rooftop bar)
Coordinated transportation (researched cost-effective flights across ORD/OAK/SFO, planned shuttle routes and timing for seamless transfers)
Attempted group rate negotiations (party size too small, but established vendor relationships)
Designed themed days (wine tasting immersion, spa + fine dining, leisure + departure)
Sourced imagery from each venue (so the group could visualize every stop)
Created a 27-slide presentation deck (complete visual itinerary with timing, logistics, pricing breakdown)
Coordinated arrivals from 2 different airports (Chicago and Houston)
Delivered a turnkey experience (the shuttle driver literally just drove—I handled everything else)
The result?
The work speaks for itself
This is what you get when you hire me.
Not just a plan. But a complete luxury experience, designed with intention and executed flawlessly.
